INITIAL INSPECTION

Consultation

We will discuss your goals with you and explain our process and the initial assessment.

Walk-thru Inspection

We will make a walk-thru of the property to identify any necessary repairs and maintenance visible at the time.

agreement & pre-buyer inspection

We will discuss options, and if agreed we will order a pre-buyer home inspection to uncover any hidden repairs that will become more costly through credits and adjustments later.

REPAIR STAGE

Define Your Strategy

At this point, we will discuss the report to determine what repairs should be completed, and prepare our plan to proceed.

Complete Repairs

Prior to repairs, we will  provide you with the project schedule so you can follow along as we complete the repairs.

03

Final Home Staging

After all the work is done, we will provide a deep cleaning, including any touch-up items, and stage the property.  

POST REPAIRS/STAGING

01

Re-evaluate the Property

We will do a Comparative Market Analysis with recommendations  to determine a sale price.

02

Negotiate with Your Realtor

Let your realtor know what services you would like, then negotiate, and sign a contract.

03

Price and List on MLS

The property should be listed on the MLS, to reach 1,000’s of Realtors  looking for a home like yours for their buyers.
